The agreement signed at the end of 2022 between TFH Group and the NGO “Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion” (FACE Tunisie), aims to carry out actions of immersion in the life of the company, support and integration professional for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds or from prisons.

In this case, it involves welcoming young people in vulnerable situations and former prisoners, to discover careers in the clothing industry, examine the possibilities for integration and discuss with the Group's management in particular of soft skills.

After the numerous developments and improvements carried out in 2022 in the workshops, and the construction of a new fabric depot on the main site, the Group offers itself in 2023:

- a new LECTRA automatic cutting tool

-a continuous heat-sealing machine

-several special machines intended in particular to increase the performance of our pants production lines

This is in addition to the ongoing renewal and modernization of the manufacturing machinery fleet.

2024 will see the installation, on the Group's central site, of a first photovoltaic energy production installation of 150 kWp (kilowatt – peak), covering 60% of the electricity consumption of our headquarters and 2 of our factories .

This investment will also make it possible to control our energy bill which has continued to increase!
